Enter Shikari(或者說是Rou本人)本身就是一個熱衷於公眾議題的樂團，就英國本土的政治立場而言，他(們)多挺工黨(左派)
這首歌是當時(2014年，發專輯前一年)主唱Rou反對時任首相卡麥隆對英國公醫制度的改革

英國ㄉ健保
NHS(National Health Service)是英國的公醫制度，看病基本上是免費的(來源)，醫生的收入來自政府稅收，因為是1948年工黨政府創立的，所以就有社會主義的色彩，跟台灣的健保有87%像(當然，很大的不同是他們不是保險)。
這幾年因為人力不足、素質參差不齊、缺乏監督跟檢討，英國掀起醫療改革，還有初級醫師(大部分是家醫)集體罷工2天的事件，卡麥隆想要以"市場化"來解決NHS的問題，但資本主義的市場化有可能就會走向"私人化"，讓看醫生變成有錢人才能做的事(看看美國就知道了)
Rou在第一次live這首歌時呼籲大家應該遏止卡麥隆的主意，不能眼睜睜看他們改變得來不易的醫療制度(看這~
